Refund Policy

At Simplify Living, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions, including where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is outside Australia, return shipping timeframes may be longer than expected.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalise the transaction.

Damage and Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

When reaching out, please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and, where relevant, the packaging it arrived in. This helps our team evaluate the issue efficiently.

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Items showing signs of use may not be eligible for resolution.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges can be made for another item of equal value, provided the original item is returned in unused condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

If you’d like to exchange for an item of higher value, the price difference will need to be paid before the exchange is processed.

If the replacement item is of a lower value, a partial refund for the difference will be issued to the original payment method once the exchange is approved.
